By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Payment Terms:
50% advance deposit is required to confirm order. The advance payment is non‑refundable after order confirmation. Balance payment shall be completed before shipment.

Products:
New doors and windows follows manufacturer warranty terms. No return guarantee, only installation and repair service is provided. Custom‑built items cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Warranty:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper installation, wrong operation, wear‑and‑tear, man‑made damage is excluded from warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability:
We shall not be liable for indirect loss caused by door and window usage.  

Applicable Law:
Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation.
