Processing Time:

Orders will be processed within 7‑15 working days after receipt of full payment. For customized doors and windows, production lead time depends on product specifications.

Freight & Customs:

All shipping fees, insurance cost, import customs duties, taxes and local clearance fees shall be fully borne by the buyer. We do not cover any destination country import charges.

Delivery Time:

Estimated transit time is for reference only, delays caused by shipping carrier, customs inspection or force‑majeure are beyond our responsibility.

Inspection:

Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage or shortage should be notified to us within 7 working days of goods receipt with photo evidence. No claim will be accepted after this period.

Risk of Loss:

Risk of goods transfers to buyer once goods leave our factory.Cargo insurance is recommended for all shipments.
